Α. Delivery with Geniki Taxydromiki

For orders over 45 euros shipping is free.

For order bellow, 45 euros shipping is 3 euros.

For cash on delivery, there is a 2 euro fee.

The time frame for deliveries is between 9 am and 5 pm.

In case you cannot receive the delivery during that time, you can pick it up at your closest Geniki Taxydromiki store with the tracking number we provide.

*Large volume orders (Furniture-Strollers) are sent with a transport company and the delivery is made on the front door of the building. Cash on delivery payment is not available. 

Β. In-store pick up

You can pick your order up at our store:
ARVANA, 70 Ermou str, Patras during working hours.

* Unpaid orders will be held for 5 days.

Cyprus

Delivery with Geniki Taxydromiki

For orders over 300 euros shipping is free. 

At the moment, we cannot ship large items (furniture, strollers) to Cyprus. 

For orders below 300 euros, delivery is calculated at check out.

The shipping cost is calculated according to the volume of each order.

The estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.

If there is a problem during the fulfillment of your order (e.g. unavailable product), we will contact you by phone in order to solve the issue and give you the best possible service.
All orders require 2-5 business days to complete (Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days).
In case the products you chose are not immediately available, your order will be shipped the day we receive all of your products.
If for any reason you need your order sooner, call us so that we can find a solution.
