Returns Policy
You have the right to return or exchange part or the whole
of your order 14 days after receipt.
Products and their packaging must be in excellent condition,
with all tags and cardboard attached. Products that are damaged or used or
their packaging is damaged, will be returned to the sender.
Products that have been used or washed cannot be returned or
exchanged.
Pillows cannot be returned or exchanged for sanitary
reasons.
Personalized products (special dimensions, altered products)
cannot be returned or exchanged.
Car seats cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and
protection reasons.
*Clothing and accessories from the OUTLET category and
products with 50% discount or above are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
We inform you that the company has no responsibility for
damages on products after their use and is not obliged to exchange them.
Product returns are possible after communication with
www.arvana.gr (via email or phone) and always accompanied by the receipt of
purchase or invoice.

Returns procedure
- Contact us to clarify the reason for the return.
- Re-package your products safely and include the receipt or
invoice.
- In case of a faulty item or order error, send the package
to us using Geniki Taxydromiki. In any other case, feel free to use any other
courier company.
- Returns are free in the case that the company has made a
mistake, or an item is faulty.
- In other cases, the return fees will be paid by the
customer in full.
- Items on sale cannot be returned after the end of the
sales period.
After we receive and check the products, we will contact you
to arrange:
a) Exchange
b) Refund
If the payment has been made by debit/credit card or PayPal,
the money will be refunded in the same way.
If the payment has been made by cash on delivery or bank
transfer, the money will be refunded to the bank account you indicate to
us. In case of a refund to a bank account other than the National Bank of
Greece and Piraeus Bank, the bank costs are borne by the customer.
