Its height-adjustable base and removable side rails allow you to adjust the crib to the needs of your baby at any age. Start by using the cot with a raised base and high ends (0-6 months). As your child grows and starts to stand up, you can lower the base (6-18 months). When your child is ready to crawl in and out of bed on its own, you can remove one rail section and later on the other (18-36 months). Also, using Leander's mattress specially designed for the oval shape of the Classic™ crib (sold separately) in combination with the solid base of the crib will ensure optimal comfort and ventilation of your child.
